Description
Daiwa Harrier Slo Pitch Rods
A new rod in the popular line of Harrier jigging rods, the HARRIER SLOW PITCH JIGGING ROD. Designed for the more subtle technique of "Slow Pitch" jigging where the jig is deployed much slower and more deliberately. It is a vertical jigging technique that has gained in popularity in Northeast, Southeast and Gulf fisheries. The thin profile blank, with a smaller diameter, delivers a sharp action and serves to better control the jig.
The HVF Nanoplus Carbon Technology reinforces the blank through a micro-level arrangement of material in the plastic resin. This creates a smaller, lighter, more rigid blank. The blank is powerful with impressive fish-stopping power despite the size. The X-45 Bias Construction has greater strength and prevents twisting and ovalization. If the blank maintains hoop strength under load, it is much more powerful for its size.
The innovative Fuji FazLite K-Guides are virtually tangle free and leave a minimal footprint on the bend of the rod. The four models are designed for braided line classes ranging from 30- to 65-pound test. The smart, white appearance belies its strength.
A unique EVA split grip is sure, yet ideal for jigging. A 5-year limited warranty assures the quality of components and construction. If you are looking for a state-of-the-art jigging rod tailored for the latest slow pitch technique, then take a look at Daiwa's Harrier line of slow pitch jigging rods to bring your catch home.
FUJI REEL SEAT
Light, strong and true to the famous brand’s reputation for quality and class, Fuji reel seats deliver on performance and value
HVF NANOPLUS
Through the use of nano resin control technology in the blank construction process, Nanoplus allows for increased graphite density to be achieved within a graphite rod blank.
X45
Developed to eliminate blank twist and increase power, X45 features a Bias Wrap Construction, left/right 45 degree carbon weave within the blank. X45 radically improves rod strength and durability by eliminating twist and preventing the blank from losing its round form. The elimination of this twist allows for a lighter, stronger and more powerful and sensitive rod.
