If we are out of stock for any of the items that you have ordered we will call you before shipping.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
At Pacific Net & Twine Ltd we stand behind the products that we carry. It is our wish that each and every customer be happy with any purchase that they make with our company. Products may be returned to any Pacific Net & Twine retail store in person, or shipped back to our Richmond, BC location. If you do not have an account, a receipt will be required for a return.
We do not credit shipping charges for non-defective returns.
If a product is defective or under warranty we will refer back to the Manufacturer’s Warranty policy to determine the proper way to handle your return.
If you are shipping product back to us we ask that you contact our shipping department to obtain shipping instructions. This will allow for us to process your return and correctly issue credit. Upon receipt of the product we will credit the card you provided for the purchase and contact you with any questions.
To make a return that is shipped back to our company:
1. Call us about the product and issue and we will determine the carrier that should be used for the return.
