Charter’s GORE-TEX PACLITE® PLUS laminate is purpose-built for the angler that pushes the limits between staying out and running from the storm when conditions get out of hand. When foul weather forces you to make a flight-or-fight decision, the Charter allows you to stay and fight the fish.
